iOS 18.4 Update Will Give Indian Users A Taste Of Apple Intelligence: Know More
Apple continues with its focus on AI and now it is time for iPhone users in India to try out the new features with a localised input.

Apple continues with its focus on AI and one of its biggest updates will be rolling in the next few months. The company has once again confirmed that its new AI features will be coming to more regions, including India and many parts of the EU region in April.
Yes, Apple is finally going to support its AI features in the English India version, which means more localised responses and AI tools available to millions of iPhone users in the country. “With the upcoming software updates, iPhone and iPad users in the EU will have access to Apple Intelligence features for the first time," Apple informs in a post this month.

Apple Big AI Push: Where Is Siri?
The company showed us a teaser of its upcoming AI features at the Glow time event in September last year. But most of these features have been in beta and we have seen very few of them roll out for the public. In fact, some of the features have faced some errors, forcing the company to pause their roll out.
With that in mind, the iOS 18.4 update is big for Apple and its ambitions to become a force in the rampaging AI battle. India is going to be a part of Apple’s AI push in the next few years, and its big iPhone growth in the region should fuel its demand further.
The prospect of getting the India-friendly AI features will surely appeal to more people, who might have bided their time to upgrade to the iPhone 15 Pro or higher models available in the market.
While the iOS 18.4 update promises a big AI push, the company seems to have hit a few hurdles with the roll out of the new AI-powered Siri. And the note from the company suggests we might have to wait for the iOS 18.5 version around May to see that become a reality.
A report from Bloomberg had suggested Apple’s engineers are not able to fix the errors and bugs in the software for Siri and the company might have hinted at those issues for the first time this week. Apple is definitely realising the quantum of work needed for AI features to work glitch-free and its early efforts have been anything but that, and we are hoping eventually Apple finds the right spot to make it tick across the board.
