UAE-Based CozmoX Rolls Out AI Tech To Transform Corporate Workforces
CozmoX’s AI agents can carry out conversations with its customers in nearly 80 languages.
A UAE-based artificial intelligence company claims to have rolled out a new technology that can carry the workload of 100 employees. These AI agents, developed by CozmoX, are capable of conversing with the customers and can assist in other verticals like sales, audits and debt collection. In a recent interaction with Khaleej Times, Nuha Hashem, co-founder of the start-up, shared that their AI bots would ease the pressure of human employees, allowing them to prioritise other productive work. CozmoX has already started providing the service to several companies.
“In less than one day, based on the last 10 years of data, we could create an AI employee who can do the work of 100 people, so those people can focus on productive work," Hashem told Khaleej Times.

“For example, to make 10,000 calls per day, companies need to hire a large number of employees. But they can do that with just one AI employee. We have done this with some large-scale public sector entities," he added.
CozmoX’s works are overseen by a UAE-based Indian CEO, Alok Kumar, who feels AI-powered agents will take over the corporate field shortly. Their new product has already helped many companies save hundreds of dollars monthly.
“We believe AI agents are going to become the norm in the future. We build AI agents for public and private sector entities and also provide them with the infrastructure to create their own AI agents to do all their manual tasks. On average, certain hospitals and healthcare clinics save more than $30,000 per month. Some large public sector firms saved more than $100,000 a month," Kumar explained.
CozmoX’s AI agents can carry out conversations with its customers in nearly 80 languages. “These tasks usually take companies thousands of work hours and millions of dollars, which can be achieved within minutes, with one AI agent or employee," Kumar claimed.
He, however, insisted that despite the benefits, their AI solutions will never be able to replace human employees. Since rolling out the technology, CozMoX has collaborated with more than 50 companies in the UAE.
