15 Candidates From East Champaran’s Khajuria Village Clear Bihar TRE

Khajuria village in the East Champaran district of Bihar is setting an inspiring example for collective progress and education. Known for its harmonious community, where jealousy and hatred find no place, the village focuses on uplifting its weaker members by fostering a cooperative and inclusive environment. This ethos has turned Khajuria into a hub of educational excellence, particularly in the field of teacher recruitment.
In the recent Bihar education recruitment results, 15 students from Khajuria were selected—4 as headmasters and 11 as junior teachers. Over the years, this village has gained a reputation as a “factory of teachers," boasting more than 150 educators originating from the community. The seeds of this success lie in a culture of collective preparation that began around 2012. Students here engage in group discussions, daily practice sessions, self-study, and online learning, often using platforms like Telegram to enhance their knowledge. This united approach has led to impressive achievements, with 50 selections in Bihar TRE-1 and TRE-2 and 15 in TRE-3.

Saif, one of the selected candidates, attributes his success to the village’s cooperative environment, despite his family’s modest financial circumstances. His father works as a bank gunman in Mumbai, and his mother is a homemaker. Similarly, Neeraj Kumar Rajak, another successful candidate, praises the seniors in the village for their guidance and encouragement, especially for weaker students. He highlights the use of online courses and practice sets as critical tools for preparation. Inzamamul Haq, who studied 8–10 hours daily, also achieved success while preparing entirely within the village.
The spirit of unity in Khajuria transcends social and religious boundaries, as noted by Abdul Ahmed, an elder in the village. He expressed pride in the wave of happiness brought by the students’ achievements, emphasising the absence of caste or religious discrimination in their shared pursuit of education.
Khajuria acts a ray of hope, showing how collective effort, inclusivity, and a nurturing environment can lead to remarkable success and uplift an entire community.
