The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has announced the class 10 or matric board results 2025 today, March 29, 2025. Students can check their scorecards online on the official websites at biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in, matricresult2025.com, or matricbiharboard.com.

Bihar Board Matric Result 2025: Passing Marks
Students must score a minimum of 33 per cent in each subject individually and an aggregate of more than 30 per cent to pass the examination. If a student secures less than 33 per cent in any subject, they will be awarded an F grade and need to appear again for the paper.
In the Bihar Board 10th Exam 2025, the total marks for all subjects are 500. Students scoring 300 marks and above will be awarded the first division. A minimum of 150 marks is required to be declared pass. Students scoring below the passing marks will have to take the Bihar Board Class 10 compartment exam. Those who fail this test will have to repeat the year.

Bihar Board Matric Result 2025: Grading System
The Bihar Board follows a 9-grade system to categorise student performance. The grading system evaluates student performance based on the marks obtained. This grading system will be reflected on the student’s marksheet. Internal assessment grades will also appear on the mark sheet. Below is the grading scale used to calculate marks and determine grades:

Bihar Board Matric Result 2025: Division System
The Bihar Board also employs a division system to classify student results. The total marks for the examination are 500, and students are categorised based on their performance as follows:
First Division: Students scoring 300 or more marks.
Second Division: Students scoring between 225 to 299 marks.
Third Division: Students scoring between 150 to 224 marks.
Compartment Exam: Students with less than 150 marks are required to take the exam.
