Maharashtra SSC Students Receive Wrong English Paper At Latur Exam Centre, Probe On
SA Koyale, chief of the exam centre, attributed the incident to a new clerk's inexperience in understanding the colour codes assigned to different question papers

Maharashtra SSC students appearing for the board exam from the Vimalabai Deshmukh School exam centre in Latur were provided with the wrong English paper on Saturday. 21 Urdu medium students received the wrong question paper. The students were mistakenly given the First Language English (03) paper instead of English (17), a paper not included in their syllabus.
Upon realising the error, the distressed students were made to wait for three hours at the exam centre while corrective measures were undertaken. SA Koyale, chief of the exam centre, attributed the incident to a new clerk’s inexperience in understanding the colour codes assigned to different question papers. Koyale confirmed that the SSC board has been informed and a detailed report will be submitted.
