The UP Board will declare the result of class 10th and 12th on Friday April 25, 2025. The result will be declared at 12.30 pm at the headquarters of UP Board, Prayagraj. Last year, the result were declared on April 20. In 2023, the UP Board results were announced by UPMSP on April 25. Once out, the result will be available on UP Board website upmsp.edu.in.

The UP Board examination was held between February 24 and March 12. A total of 5438597 candidates had registered for the UP Board High School and Intermediate Examination 2025 of which 2740151 candidates were registered for secondary and 2698446 for intermediate exams.

The copies were evaluated at 261 evaluation centres from March 19 to April 2. UPMSP conducted continuous monitoring of 8,140 exam centres with more than 2.91 lakh CCTV cameras. Special teams were activated to prevent QR code, and stitching of answer sheets. Notice issued to 24 exam centres in 19 districts for violating standard operating procedure. While immediate action was taken when CCTVs of 20 exam centres in 17 districts were switched off.
As many as 49 fake candidates were caught giving exam in place of others. Suspicious activities were found at five examination centres in five districts. A total 30 candidates were caught cheating in the entire state.
To pass the UP board examinations in 2025, students must secure a minimum of 33 per cent marks in each subject and in aggregate. When reviewing the mark sheet, it would be marked as ‘P’, which suggests a “pass" status. Students who perform poorly in the UP Board exam in one or more subjects may take the compartment exams.
A reassessment of the answer papers can be requested by students via the UP Board re-evaluation website if they object to their class 12 assessments. The board will notify students to check their answer sheets once more in addition to releasing the results of the UP board test. To be eligible for scrutiny, students who wish to submit a request for scrutiny must pay the application cost within the time frame specified in the notification.
