Sadhguru Academy Kicks Off 13th Edition Of Annual Business Summit In Coimbatore

The Sadhguru Academy on Thursday kicked off INSIGHT: The DNA of Success — its annual business leadership intensive for business owners and C-suite executives. The event will take place from November 21-24 at the Isha Yoga Center in Coimbatore.
Spread over four days, the programme is envisioned and led by Sadhguru, Founder-Isha Foundation, who will be joined by eminent and highly successful business leaders to lead the participants through the mechanics of professional and personal success. Sadhguru, who is currently overseas, will join the proceedings online and will interact with participants through video conference for this edition of INSIGHT. He will offer his wisdom and perspective on the challenges and opportunities of leadership and the role of inner well-being in becoming a more effective and impactful human being and leader.
The 13th edition of INSIGHT will feature Dr S Somanath, Chairman of ISRO, as a key resource leader (KRL) and speaker. Joining him as KRLs and speakers are Vellayan Subbiah, executive vice-chairman of Tube Investments of India (TII) and chairman of Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Co. Ltd; Dipali Goenka, CEO & MD of Welspun Living Ltd, and Shri CK Venkataraman, MD of Titan Company Ltd.
Additionally, Abhiraj Singh Bhal, founder of Urban Company, and Raj Sisodia, co-founder of the Conscious Capitalism Movement, will bring their unique expertise to the programme as KRLs and speakers.
Key resource leaders at INSIGHT are not only accomplished business leaders helming transformative organisations but also industry pioneers whose journeys offer valuable insights. Their experiences aim to inspire participants, helping them shape impactful professional and personal trajectories.
The multimodal programme will include speaker sessions, immersive workshops and Q&A sessions. Resource leaders will help participants to glean the most incisive insights from every session and customize them to their own businesses in a bid to address specific scaling up challenges.
Over 200 business leaders will participate in the 13th edition of the programme along with more than 25 resource leaders who will work with small groups of participants to enable them to extract the best insights from the programme. The programme will be anchored by BS Nagesh, founder-TRRAIN; non-executive chairman, Shoppers Stop Limited, and Ashutosh Pandey, chief business officer, Mahindra Holidays and Resort.
