'Sonu Sood's Wife Sustained Multiple Bruises, Was Evaluated For Internal Injuries': Hospital Issues Statement

The hospital in Nagpur, where Sonu Sood’s wife, Sonali Sood, is being treated after a road accident, has shared an update. On Monday night, Sonali, her sister Sunita, and her nephew Siddharth suffered bruises. The hospital stated that they are stable and “recovering well."
The statement read, “Mrs Sonali Sood, her sister and nephew were brought to the Emergency Department of Max Hospital, Nagpur, at approximately 10.30 pm last night. They had allegedly been in a road traffic accident. All three patients were conscious upon arrival and had stable vital signs."

The statement further added, “They had sustained multiple abrasions and bruises and were thoroughly evaluated for any internal injuries, none of which were found. Her nephew was discharged after first aid. Mrs Sonali Sood and her sister remain under observation and are recovering well. Their condition is stable."
Sonu Sood married Sonali in 1996. She is a Telugu woman, who hails from Andhra Pradesh. The couple has two sons named Ayaan and Ishant. Sonali holds an MBA degree from Nagpur University. She is a renowned film producer by profession. Sonu and Sonali Sood prefer to keep their private life away from the public eye.
The accident happened around 10 pm on Monday while Sonali, her sister, and nephew were on their way from Nagpur airport to Byramji Town. Their car, driven by Siddharth, crashed into a truck on the Wardha Road Viaduct bridge near Sonegaon. The car was following another vehicle that passed a slow truck, and Siddharth ended up rear-ending the truck.
Luckily, the airbags went off, which prevented serious injuries. Sonali had come to Nagpur from Kolkata and was picked up by her relatives, Sunita and Siddharth. The Sonegaon Police made a record based on the MLC details, but no case was filed because no one has complained.
