Tamannaah Bhatia Joins Sidharth Malhotra In Ekta Kapoor’s Vvan; Shoot Begins June 2025: Report
Tamannaah Bhatia has reportedly signed Ekta Kapoor’s mythological thriller Vvan opposite Sidharth Malhotra.

Tamannaah Bhatia is reportedly set to star opposite Sidharth Malhotra in Ekta Kapoor’s upcoming film Vvan, a mythological thriller directed by Deepak Mishra of TVF fame. As per a new report by Pinkvilla, the film is expected to go on floors in June 2025.
A source told the publication, “Tamannaah Bhatia is on a signing spree. After Ranger, Rakesh Maria Biopic, and No Entry 2, she has signed on for director Deepak Mishra’s next, Vvan. The film is scheduled to go on floors in June 2025 and will hit the big screen in 2026."

The source added that Tamannaah’s role in the film is substantial and performance-driven. “Tamannaah is excited to step into the world of mythology, set in the central part of India. She will be undergoing a diction training with Sidharth Malhotra for her role in the film. Vvan will be shot in real locations, and the makers have already started the pre-production to identify the forest areas. A large chunk of this film is set in a forest," the source said.
Tamannaah has been making headlines lately with her diverse lineup of films. After Baahubali catapulted her into national fame, she has continued to choose varied roles. Her upcoming projects include Ranger, the Rakesh Maria biopic, and the much-anticipated sequel No Entry 2.
Meanwhile, Sidharth Malhotra is currently working on Param Sundari alongside Janhvi Kapoor. He is also part of Raaj Shaandilyaa’s next project and is in talks for Race 4 and another untitled film with director Sharan Sharma under Karan Johar’s banner.
With Vvan, both Tamannaah and Sidharth are set to explore new territory. The film’s mythological theme, forest backdrop, and strong character arcs are already generating curiosity among fans.
