Tamannaah Bhatia's Odela 2 Gets A Release Date; Check Out Intense New Poster

Tamannaah Bhatia’s upcoming film, Odela 2, finally gets a release date. The makers dropped a new intense poster from the project and revealed the release date – April 17. The teaser of the supernatural-thriller film was unveiled at the Maha Kumbh Mela in February.
Tamannaah plays a Shiva devotee in the film, wiping off evil to let the good prevail. In the new poster, the actor is seen intently gazing into the camera with blood splattered across her face. “A presence to be felt #Odela2 on April 17th," she wrote, while announcing the release date. Take a look:

At the film’s teaser launch in Maha Kumbh last month, an elated Tamannaah told ANI, “I got a once-in-a-lifetime chance. I actually see so many people here. I feel we all want to be happy and free from our own sufferings. I felt that everyone is here to say something of their own, don’t let it go kind of things. So I felt so good to do this with everyone. It is also the devotion and faith of people that we are all able to do such a big thing. At the same time, this is the belief of all of us that we are able to do so much together, and it is our grace."
Odela 2 serves as the sequel to the 2022 Telugu film, Odela Railway Station. This upcoming supernatural thriller delves into the timeless battle between good and evil, with Tamannaah embodying righteousness and Vasishta representing darkness. Set in a village, the story revolves around its protector, Odela Mallanna Swamy, who continually shields it from malevolent forces.
Directed by Ashok Teja, Odela 2 stars Tamannaah Bhatia and is produced under the Sampath Nandi Teamworks banner in collaboration with D Madhu of Madhu Creations. The film’s ensemble cast includes Hebah Patel, Vasishta N Simha, Surender Reddy, Naga Mahesh, Vuva, Vamshi, Bhupal, Gagan Vihari, and Pooja Reddy. With music composed by Kantara fame Ajaneesh Loknath and cinematography by Soundar Rajan S, the film is gearing up for a pan-India release soon.
