Yami and Aditya first crossed paths during the filming of the 2019 film Uri: The Surgical Strike, where she portrayed Jasmine D’Almeida. Their bond soon deepened, leading them to tie the knot in 2021. In 2024, the couple embraced parenthood, welcoming their first child, Vedavid.
Speaking about their initial romance in an interview with Hindustan Times, Yami earlier told Hindustan Times, “I’d say the start was during the promotion of Uri: The Surgical Strike (2019). That’s when we started talking. I wouldn’t call it dating. But yeah, that was a time when we started interacting with each other and started a friendship."
On the work front, Aditya Dhar is teaming up with Ranveer Singh for the upcoming action thriller Durandhar. In the film, Ranveer is set to portray India’s top spy, who goes undercover in enemy territory to prevent a major conflict. The film boasts a stellar ensemble cast, including Sanjay Dutt, R. Madhavan, Akshaye Khanna, and Arjun Rampal.
Meanwhile, Yami Gautam was last seen in Netflix’s Dhoom Dham alongside Pratik Gandhi. The film follows the story of Veer Poddar and Koyal Chaddha, an unlikely pair who find themselves on the run on their wedding night due to a case of mistaken identity.
