Bankz has a huge following online with over a million followers on Instagram. He is known for his unique ukulele collaborations with rappers and singers. Over the years, he has worked with big names like Lil Wayne, Chance the Rapper, Roddy Ricch, Machine Gun Kelly and many others. His career took off after Snoop Dogg reposted one of his videos which made his ukelele covers viral sensations.
A major turning point for him came when he started travelling and creating content with artists outside his home region in California. In 2018, he worked with Icewear Vezzo in Detroit and Fat Joe in Atlanta which helped him gain national recognition. Soon, getting a ukulele video with Bankz became a milestone for rising rappers.
