Anshula Kapoor Says Arjun Kapoor Is Often Misunderstood But Fiercely Loyal: 'He Never Gives Up'
On Siblings Day, Anshula Kapoor shared an emotional video with brother Arjun Kapoor, calling him “misunderstood” and “a gladiator” for enduring life’s challenges with strength and grace.

Bollywood actor Arjun Kapoor received a heartfelt tribute from his sister Anshula Kapoor this Siblings Day, as the duo shared a lighthearted yet deeply emotional video celebrating their bond. The video, posted on their social media handles, offered fans a glimpse into their sibling dynamic as they exchanged nicknames, answered fun questions, and shared personal reflections.
One of the most touching moments came when Anshula was asked to describe Arjun’s life using a movie title. Without hesitation, she chose Gladiator. Explaining her choice, she said, “People underestimate how much s**t and crap you’ve had to go through and still come out on the other side. You never let down the people you love. You’ve carried burdens since you were 10, and not once have you given up."

She went on to call Arjun fiercely loyal, resilient, and misunderstood — highlighting the strength he’s shown through years of personal and professional battles. “He hasn’t had a single year that’s been smooth. For 30 years, it’s been one fight after another. But he’s still standing tall. That’s why he’s a gladiator."
In her Instagram caption, Anshula added, “Not just because I’m his sister, but because I truly believe Arjun Kapoor is misunderstood. Bhai, you rise every single time. Like Maximus, you face unseen battles and move forward with strength and quiet grace. You deserve all the praise you never ask for."
Arjun, who was last seen in Mere Husband Ki Biwi alongside Rakul Preet Singh and Bhumi Pednekar, may not have seen box office success with his recent film, but the actor continues to win hearts off-screen with his vulnerability and authenticity. He is now gearing up for No Entry 2, a comedy-drama produced by his father Boney Kapoor, co-starring Varun Dhawan and Diljit Dosanjh.
