Rupali Ganguly's Anupamaa, Team Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai Attend Producer Rajan Shahi's Iftar Party

The holy month of Ramadan is underway and will conclude on March 31. During the festivities, after spending the entire day observing roza, or a ritual fast, Muslims all across the globe break their fast with Iftar. Many Bollywood and television celebrities fast from dawn to sunset, embracing dedication and spiritual reflection. On Monday, the entire cast and crew members of the popular shows Anupamaa and Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai attended producer Rajan Shahi’s Iftar party in Mumbai.
In one of the inside videos, shared on Instagram, actress Rupali Ganguly along with producer Shahi, actor Rohit Purohit, Samriddhi Shukla among others are seen celebrating Iftar. The clip depicted Rupali sitting on a dining table with joined hands along with other guests. As the prayer gets over, all the members began eating their meals.

For the event, Rupali opted for a pink saree that she paired with a green blouse. She left her hair open and let it cascade down her shoulders.
Other celebs who attended Ranjan Shahi’s Iftar party includes Anita Raj, Shruti Ulfat, Romit Raaj, Gaurav Wadhwa, Shivam Khajuria, Adrija Roy, Garvita Sadhwani, among others.
In another video which surfaced online, the entire cast of Anupamaa and Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai are seen posing together for a group picture in front of the shutterbugs stationed at the location.
Both Anupamaa and Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai are among the top Indian TV shows and are produced by Rajan Shahi under his production banner Director’s Kut Productions. While YRKKH is among the longest running telly shows, premiered in 2009 with Hina Khan and Karan Mehra, Anupamaa gained instant popularity among the audience after its premiere in 2020.
Talking about Anupamaa, the latest reports suggest that TV actor Randeep Rai is set to join the show as Mohit, a character poised to bring a new dimension to Rahi and Prem’s lives. The actor has reportedly begun filming for the show and his entry episode is expected to go on air soon.
As for YRKKH, the show is on its fourth generation. After Hina Khan-Karan Mehra and Shivangi Joshi-Mohsin Khan, the baton was handed to Pranali Rathod and Harshad Chopda. Rohit Purohit and Samridhii Shukla are presently the main leads of the show.
