Moving on, he went to show the balcony, offering little respite. However, the space was barely wide enough for a single person to stand comfortably. The video doesn’t end here. The tenant added a touch of humour and quipped the benefit of living in such a small room. He said, “Bhut fayde hai itne chote room ka—saman nahi le paaoge toh paisa bachega, kyunki loge toh rakhoge kaha? (The benefit of such a small room is that you won’t buy things, saving money since there’s nowhere to store them)."

Soon enough, the video went quickly viral, garnering the attention of several social media users. The internet community were quick to react and flood the comments section of the post with witty comments. A majority of users expressed shock and disbelief, claiming that their bathroom is larger than this I BR room. While others chimed in to say that the flats in Mumbai are no different from this.

“Ye toh shuru hote hi khatam ho gaya," commented a user.

Another added, “Minimalist lifestyle."

“Bhai iss se bada to mera bathroom hai," quipped a user.

A user said, “Actually it’s paradise for a true bachelor."

“Come to Mumbai. Wo bhi same hai …thode dino baad Pune Aisa hi jayega …and population aise hi badhti rahi toh saare cities same ho jayegi," echoed a few.

An account remarked, “Rishtedar bhi nahi ate…maid ka kharcha… cooking gas ka bhi bachega."

“This is not Flat, ye single sharing PG with food, electricity, filter water, WIFI, a washing machine, and daily cleaning," said another.
