Waaree Renewable Share Price: Waaree Renewables shares slipped 2.89% to Rs 922.10 on BSE on March 26 after the company secured a Letter of Award (LOA) for a solar power project.
The company announced that it has received an LOA for the execution of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) works for a ground-mount solar power project, including operation and maintenance (O&M) of 170 MW AC/255 MW DC capacity on a turnkey basis.

The order, valued at approximately Rs 232.30 crore, is scheduled for completion in the financial year 2025-26.
Earlier, on March 11, a consortium led by Waaree Renewable received an LOA worth Rs 740.06 crore for EPC works on a 125 MW AC (181.3 MWp DC) solar power project, also on a turnkey basis with O&M services.
Additionally, on February 13, the company was awarded an EPC contract worth Rs 40 crore by Continuum Green Energy for a 40MWh battery storage system.
The stock has seen significant movement, touching a 52-week high of Rs 3,037.75 on April 26, 2024, and a 52-week low of Rs 759.00 on March 4, 2025.
Currently, Waaree Renewable Technologies’ share price is trading 69.65% below its 52-week high and 21.49% above its 52-week low. The company’s market capitalization stands at Rs 9,612.58 crore.
