Delhi Budget 2025 Highlights: CM Rekha Gupta announced that more than 50,000 cameras will be installed across the national capital for the safety of women. The BJP government has also allocated three times more budget for clean water and sanitation, than the AAP government.

Delhi Budget 2025 Highlights: Delhi CM Rekha Gupta on Tuesday presented BJP’s first budget in 26 years, and called it a ‘historic budget’. The budget of Rs 1 lakh crore has been allocated, which is 31.5% more than the previous budget.
Gupta, who also holds the finance portfolio, also allocated Rs 5,100 crore to the Mahila Samridhi Scheme, and doubled the capital expenditure to Rs 28,000. Meanwhile, Rs 9,000 crore have been allocated for clean water and sanitation.
