During a recent interview, Bedi opened up about his love for fitness. He explained, “For me, fitness is more than simply looking good on TV; it’s about feeling strong and disciplined in real life. Sorab Bedi focuses on two muscle groups per session. To maintain mental equilibrium, he practices yoga, making fitness not just a physical transformation but a holistic lifestyle.

He said, “Bigg Boss is one reality show that I never miss, and I’ve been hooked on it since BB 13. I’ve always wanted to be a part of this show because it would allow me to show my audience who Sorab Bedi truly is. But I’ve heard from the majority of the participants that survival in the house is difficult, so I’d like to go and experience it for myself.
