Harshvardhan Rane Praises Sanam Teri Kasam Co-Star Mawra Hocane’s 'Honest' Attitude Towards Life
Harshvardhan Rane made his Bollywood debut in the film Sanam Teri Kasam which was re-release this year.
The re-release of Sanam Teri Kasam starring Harshvardhan Rane and Mawra Hocane created a lot of buzz. The film surpassed its original lifetime collections during its second run. Post its success, both Harshvardhan and Mawra have expressed their gratitude to the audience. In the latest, the actor sat down for a Zoom Fanclub chat. The actor was asked about his experience of working with Mawra.
During the conversation, a fan asked Harshvardhan Rane if he felt any difference during working with Mawra Hocane, as she is from another country and has primarily worked on television shows. The actor replied, “Bahut acha work experience tha. Mujhe sabse zyada acchi cheez insaan ki lagti hai unki honesty. Mawra ke perfomance mein, unke approach mein, unki life mein jo chalne ka tareeka hai usmien bahut honesty hai."

The film, directed by Vinay Sapru, performed poorly in its initial run at the box office. Produced by Deepak Mukut, the film also stars Anurag Sinha, Manish Chaudhari, Murli Sharma and Sudesh Berry. The film was a modern rendition of the legends of Shiva-Sati and the novel Love Story by Eric Segal.
On February 7, the film was re-released on the big screen, and the audience reacted enthusiastically. Amid the film’s success, the producers have revealed they are working on the much awaited sequel and reportedly, the script has been finalised.
Meanwhile, Harshvardhan Rane is preparing for his forthcoming film Deewaniyat. The film is directed by Milap Zaveri and produced by Amul V Mohan and Anshul Mohan under their Vikir Films label. Deewaniyat is set for release in 2025. On the other hand, Mawra Hocane is ready to make her musical debut with an upcoming music video with singer-composer Akhil Sachdeva. The song will be released through Novice Records. Tu Chaand Hai, composed by Anmol Daniel with lyrics by Noor. She is currently seen on the Pakistani drama Agar tum Saath Ho.
