The heartwarming visuals quickly caught the attention of his fans, who flooded the comments with praises and chants of “Har Har Mahadev."

A couple of weeks ago, Suniel Shetty went to Mangalore to begin the shooting of her Tulu debut cinema, Jai. During his time over there, he even visited the Shri Umamaheshwara Veerabhadreshwara temple and gifted a mechanical elephant to the temple in association with PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) India and CUPA (Compassion Unlimited Plus Action).

This heartwarming gesture was made in order to promote cruelty-free rituals and ethical animal treatment. It will allow devotees to continue cultural rituals in a safe and cruelty-free way. FYI: The mechanical elephant is a perfect ethical alternative for temple rituals as it can shake its head, flutter its ears, move its eyes, swish its tail, lift its trunk, and even spray water, bringing a lifelike presence.

Coming to the veteran star’s debut in the Tulu film industry, Shetty will appear in Roopesh Shetty’s directorial Jai. The movie will also reportedly feature the first-ever helicopter sequence in the history of Tulu cinema. In an interview, Shetty expressed his admiration for the director’s vision, and said, “I observe the scale of Roopesh Shetty’s work and his shots," adding, “I am a proud Tuluva, and I visit Mangaluru (Bappanadu) every year. There’s a deep sense of pride in being Tuluva. Mangaluru is a beautiful city with potential for IT growth, and it boasts stunning beaches and great transport. Through this film, I want to show the world that cinema, even from a regional context, has a global reach."

For those unaware, he also has another film titled Welcome To The Jungle, a movie from the Awara Pagal Deewana franchise, and Hera Pheri 3, in his pipeline.
