YouTube Brings New Feature To Get People To Buy The Premium Plan
YouTube Premium offers a wide range of benefits, including access to the Music app for the users but still many people prefer using the free version.
YouTube Premium on Android has introduced a new feature called Recommended Videos in the Your Queue section to enhance content discovery. This update allows users to seamlessly integrate personalised video suggestions into their existing queue, making it easier to find new content without disrupting their viewing experience.
According to YouTube, the feature is designed to provide a smoother, more user-friendly browsing experience by reducing the time users spend searching for fresh content while keeping them engaged with relevant recommendations.

How New YouTube Premium Feature Work?
Most of the time, the videos in your queue are unrelated to your watchlist. However, this new feature ensures that you receive a curated selection of recommended videos tailored to your viewing preferences.
Once you add a video to your queue, simply open it to access a carefully chosen list of suggestions based on your interests. These recommendations complement the content you’ve already queued, providing a seamless and engaging viewing experience.
- Put a video in your queue: Tap the “Add to queue" option after selecting a video that you wish to watch later.
- Get your queue open now in the YouTube app
- Your queued content will contain suggested videos interspersed across it.
Taking action:
- Tap on the video to watch it
- You can add a suggested video to the start or finish of your queue by tapping the three dots (ellipsis) adjacent to it.
Additionally, YouTube extended the experimental feature for faster playback speeds on mobile devices until April 7. The ability to fine-tune playback rates up to 4x in 0.05 increments gives customers greater choice over how they watch videos. Users who are subscribers to YouTube Premium can view the features in the app or atyoutube.com/new.
Like many other YouTube Premium features, both of these updates remain in the experimental phase. Their permanence will depend on user feedback and how beneficial they can be to the users.
